Protocol guidelines

Please follow this exact format so that projects can be examined by our investors:

1. All email subject lines should include the following information «ORIGIN FINANCES Capital Funding Request  – Project Name, $$$ amount and location”

2. Please follow the proper protocol, otherwise if you send it out without the five questions being answered in the body of the email, it will be declined !

Protocol:

Please provide the following information in the body of the submission email :

  1. First and last name of the main Principal involved:
  2. Address where the project is located:
  3. Address where the principal is located:
  4. The exact amount required, including desired structure (debt, debt/equity and percentages). Also include equity invested or available from principals :
  5. Brief summary of project highlights , # of units, square footage, product mix, with the total of construction jobs and most importantly sustainable jobs after construction is completed (Please limit to five sentences or less):

Attach to the email a 3 à 5 page executive summary. The project may be declined if this guideline is not respected.

Personal information  (personal financial statements, income tax returns or other personal information of this type)  must not be included in this executive summary. The summary should include the following, as an indication (there is no format required and should focus only on information of relevant information)

  1. Project overview
  2. Principals and advisory, with appropriate organizational structure and management overview
  3. Funding requirements, and use of funds
  4. Market, product or service overview, including critical timeline, related information, as well as milestones (past and future)
  5. Competitive advantages and challenges
  6. Financial information pertaining to the project, including your financial statements over the past 3-5 years.
  7. Exit strategy (if defined)

PLEASE NOTE:: Within the summary there should be clear communication of how much capital needs to be raised (see # 3 ).

Once the executive summary has been accepted, a conference call will be held to review the entire process.

From there you can decide if you want to choose to move forward.
